Whether you're climbing tall mountains, sprinting to the finish line, or heading out on an all-day adventure, you'll love riding on a cross-country mountain bike. The Orbea Alma M51 Bike is a lightweight cross-country hardtail mountain bike that is ready to take on the most demanding trails and races. It has a Carbon OMR frame that uses 100mm of travel on the front. The frame features internal cable routing, a press-fit bottom bracket, Boost hubs spacing, and a chainstay protector.

The M51 version of the Orbea Alma comes with a SRAM NX Eagle 12-speed drivetrain. This includes a cassette that has a hill-crushing 11-50T gear range that makes climbing and pedaling through difficult terrain much easier. Shimano MT201 hydraulic disc brakes provide excellent stopping power so you can descend under control. Alloy tubeless-ready rims are paired with Maxxis Ikon tires. The rims can can be set up tubeless with the proper tires for a smoother ride, better traction, and fewer flats. With the RockShox PopLoc, you'll be able to lock out your fork for more efficient climbing.

Pivot Cycles Demo Day February 15, 2025

Demo event will run 8 am to 4 pm

Bikes will be released for demo from 9 am until 2 pm, last riders to return before 4pm.

This Bike Might Change the Way You Look at E-bikes: Orbea Rise V1 Long-term Review!

We get a lot of questions about e-bikes, especially the Orbea Rise, so we figured we’d throw up a quick long-term review of one from one of the employees here at Jenson, Alex. Alex lives up in the mountains here in Southern California and has to do a fair bit of climbing and pedaling around at his local trail system to get to trails. Because he is in such high elevation, oxygen levels are different and make it a bit more difficult to breathe. This alone made it hard for him to enjoy long rides, especially when temperatures drop and snow season arrives.
